Introduction of MRJH surface portal
Our surface portal MRJH, which consists of two Y-axes and one X-axis, is characterized by its drive via a toothed belt. This timing belt extends around more pulleys over the entire aluminum profile. The drive takes place via two drive bearings which are located on the Y-axes, so no motor is moved during the movement of the X-axis. The reduction of the mass moved thereby has an effect, that the acceleration of the overall system can be maximized.
Surface portal MRJH, is driven by a Polyurethane prestressed steel-reinforced AT timing belt . In conjunction with a zero clearance pulley portal can acchive high
torques with alternating loads with good repeatability.
